Orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Friday an Saturady(except for holidays). Orders placed Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday will ship out the following sent day. (excluding holidays).
When you checkout you can choose various ways of shipping: PostNL, DHL ore DHL pickup point.

Netherlands: 1-4 business days
Europe: 5-12 business days

Returns
f for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Please contact MANONTHEMOON before returning any items. You can do so by sending an email to info@manonthemoonstudio.nl.
We will confirm the return and the steps to follow for the return.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.
Shipments do not include a return label and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your purchase may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
We will complete your return once the parcel has arrived at the address above. The estimated turn around time is 14 days from the day that we receive the returned goods.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. MANONTHEMOON is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, The Domestic Botanist reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
